This educational weekend symposium is being offered for vaulters, lungers and coaches and their support crew from brand new beginners to advanced level.
EARLY BIRD registration offer - Register by October 9th and one registration will be drawn at random for a FREE registration! Register early, and your registration could be free.
Vaulters sessions will include barrel training exercises, strength and flexibility training (yoga, acro or similar disciplines), artistic development, scoring, gymnastics-style cross training, sports psychology, freestyle creation, and lots of fun for vaulters to meet each other! All levels are welcome!! Vaulters will be placed in groups based on experience and age.
