Horsemanship Award

This award program was developed to reinforce that vaulting is a "horse comes first" sport.

Mission

To promote and improve horse care and appropriate use of equipment and vaulting horses at competitions and at home.

Award

Each regionally sponsored competition will include the presentation of a short-term horsemanship award to the club based on participation at the event. A year-end award will also be awarded to the club that best implements the criteria that contribute to the essence of horsemanship throughout the year.
