Vault into the New Year with Colorado's "Spirit of Vaulting" educational symposium!

Region 4 is hosting the "Spirit of Vaulting" Educational Symposium to help our vaulting community further their education with a focus on fun and hands on learning. Vaulters of all levels, lungers, and coaches are invited to our educational event, November 19-20, 2022 in Johnstown & Fort Lupton, Colorado. Region 4 will hold the first annual Regional Year End Awards on Friday evening, November 18.

This fun educational opportunity is offered for all levels of vaulters, lungers, coaches and their support crew. Brand new beginners are encouraged to attend! Sessions for vaulters will include barrel training exercises, strength and flexibility training, cross training, artistic development, scoring, freestyle creation, and lots of fun for vaulters to meet each other! Lunger training will be hands on with horses provided from top lungers!! There may be the opportunity to bring your own horses for lunger training, contact us if you are interested. Coaches training includes lesson planning, barrel and non-barrel exercises that helpful and fun, and many other tips and tricks especially designed for coaches coaching at the 1* level. Registration and costs will be sent out in the near future, with a focus on keeping the weekend affordable.

Mornings will be inside at a local gymnastics gym in Johnstown, Colorado, The Sports Barn. Afternoons will be at the indoor Peaches Arena, home to Mile High Vaulters. Clinicians TBA.
