Region 4 Announces Year End High Point Awards!

Regional Year End High Point Awards are earned based on top 2 scores in each eligible class/division from competitions held within the region that are either AVA recognized or use AVA approved judges AND are promoted at least one month prior to the competition on CompWeb. Individual, Pairs and Teams classes included, with mens and women's classes having separate awards in individual divisions.

Competitions that qualify for awards will be listed on the AVA Region 4 Website.

For 2022 this will include (as of 4/1/2022):

· Texas FunFest & Expo, March Texas

· Wintergreen, April Fort Lupton, Colorado

· Region IV Championships, June, Albuquerque, New Mexico

· Heart of the Rockies, June, Loveland Colorado

· Region IV Octoberfest, October, Castle Rock Colorado

Additional competitions within Region IV may be added to the list. Clubs/organizations planning to host a competition that they would like included in the high point awards, should send information including date and location of the event to avaregion4@gmail.com.

The highpoint award winners will be publicly posted on the AVA Region IV website and will be awarded at an event hosted by the Region, if one is held at the end of the year or will be awarded at beginning of the following year. A certificate and a small award commemorative item will be provided by the Region to the winners in each category.
